Dagmara Raczyńska

IT Director

Procter and Gamble

The mother of Two, the wife of The One, and the IT Director for Trade Analytics in Procter & Gamble. I graduated from University of Economics in Krakow. I was thinking that Warsaw is not my place to live – though it appeared that P&G is the company I want to work for. I’ve spent last 15 years in different IT assignments and at the same time I’ve learned how to love our capital city. For the first 10 years I was the Project Manager, leading various IT projects related to our supply chain – starting from manufacturing, through support of our distributors’ replenishment process, to upgrade of our demand planning system from which we report some of the numbers directly to the Wall Street. In 2017 I have decided to try something else and since then I have been Product Owner across different Trade Fund Management systems, currently focusing on the Trade Spend Analytics. I am certified ITIL and DevOps practitioner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, but also, as building new solutions, I develop my UX skills to better respond to needs of my business partners. As the leader of multi-functional team, I constantly grow my team management skills, including coaching and mentoring. I love working for people and with people and hence I value the time I spend on the organizational tasks, including team building and capability building. On top of leveraging my skills at work, I have spent some time teaching algorithmic thinking and robotics in the kindergarten to show children how exciting IT world may be.
