Zuza Dylegowska is an alumna of SGH and IT professional with 15 years of experience at Procter & Gamble managing IT platforms, global projects and programs, building strategies and leading modern engineering organizations. She was engaged in building and maintaining Cloud infrastructure from the beginning of P&G Cloud journey in various roles from Program Manager, through Platform Engineer to Senior Engineering Director. P&G CIO Technical Advisory Board member as of 2024. Female IT talent advocate representing P&G in partnerships with NGOs focusing on growing women in STEM and IT in Central Europe. Privately mom of 2 – Adam (11) and Jana (9), wife to her “high-school-sweetheart”, fan of kitesurfing, playing piano and building LEGO®.
