I lead software development teams. My 12 years’ experience in various roles in IT industry (IT Quality Specialist, Project Manager, Software Engineering Leader) allowed me to gain strong knowledge about software development methods, as well as to understand both technical and business aspects of work.
Being Software Engineering Leader, working closely with people, discussing and planning their development, building teams and supporting them in various situations – all this gives me a lot of satisfaction.
Privately I spend time in various ways: I play computer games (Civilization, Wolfenstein), I love books (fantasy, crime story, horror and historical fiction, but not only) and sport activities (jogging, bicycle tours, mountain hiking, skiing). I also play the piano (purely amateurish). And I adore cats.”
