Living in multiple countries strengthened her belief that communication is what bridges the gap between different cultures and domains, IT and business worlds included. This emphasis on business communication along with her skillset set her to win Lion’s Den ING Risk Modelling Challenge 2021. At Equinix, she leverages her expertise to deliver ML solutions to optimize business processes and drive innovation.
As the leader of Young Professionals Connect in Poland, she is motivated to help others navigate their career paths. She is the force behind Equinix’s participation as a partner in Women in Tech Summit.
