I have related to the world of technology in the financial sector for over a decade. Graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Professional Certificate in Cybersecurity. As a part of my portfolio, I supported many international firms in the introduction of ISO 27001 certification and maturing Cybersecurity Risk Management posture. Joined Standard Chartered Bank’s Warsaw-based team in early 2019 as a member of the global Cyber and Information Security Risk Office (CISRO) function. As a Senior Risk Manager, I run the Privileged ID Management and Authentication Services Team to successfully help the Bank achieve the risk buy down. In my current position, I am responsible for the Risk and Issue Management, Governance, Strategy and Planning of Red Team exercises as a response to both, regulatory and business requirements. Red Team conducts cyberattack simulations to assess the capability of the Bank to prevent, detect and respond to a cyber-attack targeting critical functions through compromise of key systems, data, and people. My earlier professional experience includes Risk and Compliance Manager role at Citi Bank, which focused on definition and implementation of It and Security related controls and IT risk assessment. I am a graduate of Citi Technology Infrastructure Management Program. I hold an MSc diploma from Warsaw School of Economics and am passionate about helping young women in starting their career path in the world of technology.
