Joanna Zdulska

Joanna graduated from Computer Science faculty at the Department of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at Warsaw University of Technology (Master of Science degree). Joanna has more than 27 years of operations, technology and management experience with specific emphasis on compliance, risk management, solutions development and program management. Joanna has specialized in the domain of Identity and Access Management for 10+ years.
Since joining Citi in 1996 Joanna has served in multiple technology managerial roles, being responsible for software development, project management and operational activities, primary focusing on process improvements and automation. Joanna also managed risk management area as a formal Business Information Security Officer and Compliance Officer in Regional Data Center.

Few Regional projects related to access management standardization and process improvements.
A global function responsible for Provisioning Automation and tools development.
Global Programs related to ID Management centralization of access into Central ID Management Unit and standardization.
In 2016, as special assignment, Joanna was managing the program of Fusion Center build in Hungary.
Since 2017 Joanna took the global managerial role in Information Security Services having teams in Asia, Europe, NA and LATAM regions.
She holds CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certificate.
Joanna presented ID Management topics on IDM Europe Conference in Amsterdam in March and in London, in November 2016.
Joanna is the co-chair of Steering Committee of Women in Technology in Poland supporting Diversity programs in Poland, especially in IT.
