Hi There! My name is Anna. I’ve been immersed in the world of Design Ops for quite some time now. Currently, I hold the exciting position of Senior UX Program Manager at Google, where I am a part of the Design Ops Team. It’s an absolute joy to support and collaborate with an incredible team of talented product designers, UX researchers, UX copywriters, and visual designers.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats – from being a Service Designer, Business Trainer, and Mediator to serving as a Guest Lecturer at renowned institutions like the Jagiellonian University and SWPS University in Poland. My expertise lies in the education sector, legal design, business development strategies, and operational excellence. I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including product companies, creative agencies, and public entities. These experiences have taught me the value of well established processes, exceptional CX, and problem solving. But what truly ignites my passion is Design Ops – it’s a realm I can’t get enough of!
