Beata has extensive knowledge in the Information Security field. She holds an Engineer Diploma from the Computer Science in Management of Warsaw University of Information Technology and Management.
Throughout the career, she has specialized in the domain of Identity and Access Management for the last 20+ years. Beata has over 30 years of operations, technology, and management experience with specific emphasis on compliance, risk management, solutions development, and project management. During her professional career, Beata has served in multiple technology and managerial roles in local and global structure, being responsible for systems administration, project management and operational activities.
She was involved in building the new Global ID Administration organization and process standardization in Citi, worked on IS policies and standards implementation in ID Management team. She also worked on the new team building in India and transition of ISA function for 1000+ applications to the newly created team.
