Head of Networks & Managed Services Delivery

I have started my career during my studies working as Integration Engineer in Elbud Gdansk. It was 2005. Then I got a job in Ericsson, where I joined in 2006 as Network Optimization Engineer. Then in 2008 I got an assignment as Network & Technology Consultant, to become in 2010 Network & Technology Consulting Manager for Central Europe. My next chapter started in 2011, when I joined a Managed Services project for a fixed operator in Poland. Next cornerstone of my career was in 2012 when I got a proposal to lead RAN modernization program for our key customer in Poland. Then in 2015 I got a role of Operations Director in Ericsson Poland. In 2019 I got a role of Head of Networks & Managed Services Delivery for Poland, and in 2020 other Countries were added to my area of responsibility – Czech Republic, Austria & Slovakia.
In my free time I enjoy sailing and travelling (camping). I am also keen on cycling & squash. Being a happy father of 4 kids, family time is key for me, but I am trying to combine it with my hobbies 🙂
