In my early career, I launched and managed my own business, developing key skills in strategy, resilience, and adaptability. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of building operations from the ground up, including overseeing finances, implementing marketing initiatives, and nurturing customer relationships. Entrepreneurship taught me to problem-solve under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and pivot strategies to remain competitive.
Transitioning to a role at PG as an IT Operations Manager has been a significant shift in my career. Over the past year, I have honed my expertise in large-scale operations and cross-functional collaboration, managing the performance, stability, and improvement of complex IT systems that support critical business functions.
