Magda Rabiej
Engineering Director
Leader of engineering teams in the IT industry. Started career as a programmer in a small startup, currently leads the Poland-based Cluster Management team at Google. She is also a Site Lead for Google Kraków.
Before that, Magda worked at Motorola Solutions for many years. Honed her technical and leadership skills by working first as a programmer, then as a technical leader of a development team, and finally as a manager of large interdisciplinary teams.
Graduated from Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
Enthusiastic of the idea of teams’ self-organization and processes simplification, strives to build cooperation based on trust.
Privately, mother of three kids. And a Stoic philosophy enthusiast, which helps a lot when trying to reach a compromise between being a mom and her passion for work.
